Policy
Delivery: Equipment is shipped directly from one
of the manufacturers U.S.A. facilities or our
warehouse facility in Oklahoma. The shipping
cost varies on the ship to location and
where the order is shipped from.
Shipping Cost: Veteran Medical LLC will calculate the shipping and
handling cost after the order is received or prior to order being
placed at customer’s request.
Delivery Time: Expected delivery time is within 30 days of order
placement. Orders with a designated ship date after the 30 day will
be shipped on that date or the first business day following the requested
shipping date. All orders with a requested shipping date prior to
30 days will be dependent in stock products. Veteran Medical LLC
will make every effort to meet the requested shipping date.
Returns: Please refer to the RMA policy included with the quote
the equipment was ordered from.
